Where do You Ship?
We currently only ship in the United-States. We do not ship internationally. If you would like to make an international order and cover the extra shipping costs please reach out to our customer service at our toll-free number: 1-866-762-9238.
How Long Does it Take to Ship my Order?
Once you've placed your order, it takes approximately 2-3 business days for the order to ship.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
There is a shipping fee of $5.99 applied to all orders under $75.00 USD. Any orders $75.00 USD or above will receive free shipping.
How can I Track my Order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
What Shipping Service Will my Order Come Through?
Smaller orders will be shipped through USPS, while bigger orders will be shipped via UPS.
What If I'm Not Home?
If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the delivery method used. You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.
