Do you Accept Returns?

We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions & guidelines:

        -The product(s) must have been sold on our online store

        -The product(s) must be unused & unopened 

        -The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of the delivery date of your                        order

  


Are Returns Free?

We do NOT refund original shipping charges and are not responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning items unless it is due to an error made by Enerhealth Botanicals. There is a $15 restocking fee on all returned orders unless otherwise agreed upon.


How do I Make a Return? 

To ask for a return, please contact our customer support at our toll free number: 1-866-762-9238. 

Item(s) must be sent back to us postmarked and accompanied with the original order invoice within 30 days of the original delivery date. Please provide any information that can help us identify the account or original purchase that matches the returned items.

How Long Does it Take to Process a Return?

Upon receipt and approval of returned items, a credit will be issued. Credits will appear on your bank statement in 5-7 business days. Qualifying returns are eligible for a refund to your credit card


Can I Exchange an Item?

We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns. To exchange an item, please contact our support at our toll free number: 1-866-762-9238. 

In order to ask for an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item when preparing your return with our support.


What If I am Sent the Wrong Order? 

If you receive the wrong product or items in your order, we will replace at no cost.
